James Buchanan

James began his legal career working for an in-house law firm that acted on behalf of a mortgage and equity release company, giving him early exposure to the financial side of property transactions. He later joined a small high street firm, where he broadened his experience in residential conveyancing before relocating to London.

James qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2023. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of property law and takes pride in guiding clients through what can often be a stressful process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, James enjoys watching sport and documentaries, especially those that explore history, society, and the natural world.
