LUCY HOBGEN

Lucy is a highly experienced Residential Property Solicitor, who trained at a city firm before joining The Partnership Property Solicitors, where she worked alongside Paul Adams in heading up their London Office.

She has acted for a wide range of clients, from companies looking to expand their portfolios, to first time buyers taking their first step on the ladder. Lucy specialises in all areas of residential property including, in particular, complex leaseholds, new-builds, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Lucy is well known for her diligent and pragmatic approach, with a keen desire to see transactions completed as quickly and safely as possible.

Outside of the office Lucy loves travelling and spending time with her husband and young daughters, with frequent trips to the beautiful Richmond Park.
