Vasyl Bondaryev

Vasyl is a Licensed Conveyancer who graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Lincoln in 2015. Since graduating, he has developed his experience working in both volume conveyancing firms and boutique property firms.

Vasyl advises on all areas of conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, voluntary lease extensions and other forms of variations in the Lease.

When dealing with clients, Vasyl takes great pride in smoothly navigating the conveyancing process and will frequently cut through legal jargon to ensure clients have absolute confidence throughout their transaction. Whether a first-time buyer or a high net worth individual, Vasyl will take the human approach to achieve success for his clientele.

Vasyl is bilingual and outside of work enjoys cooking, playing and listening to music and supporting his favourite football team - although to avoid disputes he won't reveal the name of the team in question!
